PT100 measuring inserts
Mineral insulated resistance thermometer measuring inserts (Pt100, Pt1000) are manufactured with diameters ranging from 1.00 to 8.00mm. As we produce according to our customers' preferences, length and diameter of the probe are freely selectable.
This design features a mounting plate crimped on the mineral insulated cable to fix the terminal ceramic block. Mineral insulated resistance thermometer measuring inserts (Pt100, Pt1000) are easily bendable and can be rolled for transport. The normally used sheath material is stainless steel 1.4541.
The measuring resistances (Pt100, Pt1000) we use in our production are in accordance with DIN EN 60751, class A. Upon request, we apply measuring resistances with a higher accuracy, e.g. 1/3 DIN, 1/5 DIN or 1/10 DIN.
For all our resistance thermometers, and also for products produced by our competitors, we provide works test certificates or official DKD test certificates.
Mineral insulated resistance thermometers measuring inserts are available with the following terminal blocks:
- - Type S (for connection head type DL), diameter 1.0 to 3.00 mm
- - Type B (for connection head type B), diameter 3.0mm to 8.0 mm
- - Type A (for connection head type A), diameter 3.0mm to 8.00 mm
