Resistance thermometers with rigid protective tube (Pt100 / Pt1000)

Resistance thermometers (Pt100, Pt1000) with metal (stainless steel) protective tubes are available with different diameters and at any required length.

Resistance thermometers (Pt100, Pt1000) with rigid protective tubes are produced with exchangeable measuring inserts in rigid or mineral insulated versions. All common materials for immersion and screw-in type protective tubes (e.g. 9 x 1mm, 11 x 1mm) with thread G1/2", G3/4", G1" are available. Protective tubes with other diameters are also possible and deliverable from stock. We further provide special materials for customized designs of protective tubes for protection from high pressure and aggressive mediums.

Depending on the diameter of the protective tube, the resistance thermometers (Pt100, Pt1000) are provided with connection heads type A or type B for a maximum temperature of 180°C. For higher temperature ranges we have connection heads of grey cast iron, together with a high-temperature casting compound, for temperatures up to 300°C.

The measuring resistances used in our production are in accordance with DIN EN 60751, class A. Upon request, measuring resistances with higher accuracy (1/3 DIN, 1/5 DIN, 1/10 DIN) are also available.

We provide a works test certificate or an official DKD test certificate for all resistance thermometers produced in our facility or by other manufacturers.
