Mineral insulated thermocouple measuring inserts
Mineral insulated thermocouple measuring inserts are produced with diameters ranging from 1.00mm up to 8.00mm. As we produce according to our customers' preferences, length and diameter of the probe are freely selectable.
This design features a mounting plate crimped on the mineral insulated cable to fix the terminal ceramic block. Mineral insulated thermocouple measuring inserts are easily bendable and can be rolled for transport.
The measuring tip is insulated from the sheath. Upon request, the measuring tip can be welded together with the sheath in order to improve the response time.
We offer all common types of elements, such as type K, N, L, T, S, B, C etc., as measuring inserts.
We use common sheath materials for mineral insulated cables with tolerance class 1 acc. to DIN EN 60584 in our production. Upon request, we provide a works test certificate or an official DKD test certificate for our products and also for products produced by our competitors.
Mineral insulated thermocouple measuring inserts are available with the following terminal blocks:
- - Type S (for connection head type DL), diameter 1.0 to 3.00 mm
- - Type B (for connection head type B), diameter 3.0mm to 8.0 mm
- - Type A (for connection head type A), diameter 3.0mm to 8.00 mm
