Insulated thermocouple wires
Thermocouples, legs insulated with glass silk (up to 400°C or 700°C) or teflon (up to 260°C). Under certain conditions (no humidity, little mechanical load), these thermocouples provide a good alternative to mineral insulated thermocouples at a relatively low price.
We supply them optionally with bare cable ends or with miniature plugs at any required length. A good possibility to fix the measuring tip is to use kapton tape (up to 370°C). Glass silk insulated thermocouples can be used for temperatures higher than 400°C. In this case the flexibility is slightly limited, but there is no impact on the measuring result.
